My Scrapbooking Corner

I used Carta Bella Moments and Memories kit.  I used cream cardstock and used a tan paint dauber to paint on the background. I used black ink and a heart stencil for the top left of the layout. Homemade black mist was used to make splatters. Used heart stencil and red ink pad to make the heart background. The red striped pattern is 12" x 2 1/2" and the black and white pattern is 12" x 3".  "Hey" is journaling card from Scraptastic kit. Photo is 3" x 3".  "You" is from Basic Grey Hey You collection and the "positively lovely" is from Basic Grey Hey Girl collection. The "you and me" banner is from Basic Grey Hey You collection. I used stamp that were from past Scraptastic kits.  The pink stitched arrow banner is from Amy Tangerine.  The flair badge is from the Hey You collection. I used Heidi Swapp Sugar Chic paper pad. Used a stencil and white gesso along with gesso and pink acrylic paint. "Pretty in" is from American Crafts Good Things Thickers. "pink" is from American Crafts patterned chipboard thickers in pink. Let's take a look below for more details about this layout. Dark pink layer is 7 1/2" x 5 1/2", light pink layer is 5 1/2" x 7" and butterfly layer is 6" x 6".  The zebra card is from the Heidi Swapp Sugar Chic paper pad from a cut apart page.  Pink photo mat is 4" x 5 1/2", creme photo mat is 3 3/4" x 5 1/4" and photo mat is 3 1/2" x 4".  "Dream" sticker and the other stickers at top of photo are from the Twirly Girl sticker sheet. Chipboard floral piece is from Chips by Pebbles.  Used homemade enamel dots around the cluster.  Die cut pieces near photo are On Trend and Maggie Holmes. This layout was made using creme cardstock and mixed media. Used homemade brown mists and the packaging technique. Then made splatters around the page.  The title is made using "great" from American Crafts Flat patterned chipboard stickers and "toy" is from We R Memory Keepers Country Livin chipboard stickers. The layer behind photo is 12" x 4 3/4". Photo mats are 5 1/4" x 3 3/4" and photos are 5" x 3 1/2". The triangle pattern is a scrap left over from previous layouts. The arrow swirl is from a stamp from old Scraptastic kits. The "hey" badge is from Basic Grey Hey Boy collection. The dictionary definition is from Heidi Swapp.  Used homemade enamel dots. This layout is on creme cardstock with mixed media for texture. The title was made using "swing" is We R Memory Keepers Chipboard Stickers Country Livin, "again" is from American Crafts Flat Thickers Patterned chipboard, and "me and norm" is Oh Snap typeset letters stickers. Let's look below for more details about this layout. Red border at top and bottom of paper clusters is washi tape. Pale green striped layer is 11 1/4" x 3  1/2", grid layer is 9 3/4" x 2 1/2", orange layer is 7" x 4 1/2", word phrase strip is 7" x 1 1/2". Green polka dot layer behind photo is 5" x 3 3/4" and photo is 4 3/4" x 3 1/2". Green with blue polka dot layer is scraps and notebook border punch by Fiskars was used and then layered on word phrase paper that was also a scrap.  This layout was created using DCWV Mosaic paper pad. This is a photo of my dad when he was just a lad. I used two word print washi tapes otherwise the rest of the strips are border strips from DIY paper pad. Let's look below for more details about this layout. The large patterned paper behind photo is 6 3/4" x 9". Photo mat is 3 3/4" x 5", creme photo mat is 3 1/4" x 4 3/4" while photo is 3" x 4 1/2".  I used a doily and distressed edges with Tim Holtz Tea Dye distress ink pad.   The creme fishtail banner is cut from cardstock.  Typewriter tag is from a cut apart sheet in the Crate Paper DIY paper pad. The journaling card is from the DIY paper pad cut from a cut apart sheet. "Pure Goodness" is from My Mind's Eye Sweetest Thing. It is from a cut apart sheet within the paper pad. Used homemade enamel dots made using pony beads. Banner cut from creme cardstock.  The flair badge is from Basic Grey Hey Boy
