Dream In Color June 2011 Club Scrap Kit Introduction

I am a member to Club Scrap and receive a kit each month. I have been a member for almost three years now and I have never really used the kits. I have no reason for this, but I decided to do YouTube video series for each month that I have from the last three years. I filmed layouts I made using the kits and I tried to get as many layouts as possible using the kit.  I used everything in the kit with the exception of bringing in some of my own cardstock, stamps, and other embellishments. Here is a two page layout I completed using the  December 2011 Aurora Borealis Club Scrap kit. Let's take a look below for detail information about this layout. Here is page one of the two page layout. Let's take a closerr look at this layout below. I have three small photo mats 3 1/2" x 3 1/2". This embellishment is from the punch apart sheet. I added brown ribbon to each side of this tag embellishement. I have two large photo mats 4" x 6". Here is page two of the two page layout. I have two large photo mats 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". My great nephews are having some snowy fun. Nothing like a little snow plow to get the job done. The background is cardstock from my stash and I used Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks and packaging to make the background. Let's take a look below for further details about this layout.
