This layout I created using Basic Grey Hey Girl paper pad.
Cutie Patootie die cuts are from Scrapping Bug Designs. The other die cuts
are from Tweet Tweet digital kit. Let's look below for more details about this layout.

I took the image of these die cuts and did a print and cut and just
used the dies as one whole piece instead of the elephants being separate.
I got the borders at the bottom from the Silhouette store. I used digital
patterned papers for the top layer of the border otherwise I just did a fill
to make the color for the bottom layer. I used a journaling card from
Memos Today's Stories.

I used the embellishments clusters that came in the
Tweet Tweet digital kit. I printed and cut the ribbon
under the photo mat. The photo mat is digital papers from
the kit. The photo mat is 3 3/4" x 5 1/4". I used the scallop knife
from the Silhouette software to cut a square apart and
layered on the bottom half of the photo.

This is a closeup of the embellishment cluster that came in the
Tweet Tweet kit purchased from Digital Scrapbooking Studio.
Here is the second photo on the layout. I used a different
embellishment cluster that came in the Tweet Tweet kit.
I did some stitching at the top of the photo. I used a small
polka dot ribbon from the digital kit then did some
stitching over the top.
