The green floral layer is 11" x 7 1/4" from Maggie Holmes Carousel (Sept. kit).
The polka dot layer Dear Lizzy Star Gazer (make a wish).

The journaling card is from the project life add on kit.
The "good time" sticker is from Echo Part Best Friends Forever
sticker sheet from my stash.  The chipboard stickers are
from Maggie Holmes Notes & Things from a past kit. 

Used a strip of patterned paper then layers different patterned washi tape
on top and then machine stitched over the top.  The stickers are
from Echo Park Best Friends Forever sticker sheet from my stash.
