Orient Express Club Scrap Kit (September 2011) - Pages 9 and 10

Here is a two page layout I did using the Orient Express Club Scrap kit. Let's look below for more details about this layout.  Here is the first page. I have a double matted photo mat at the top of the page. The bottom mat is cut at 5 1/2" x 4" and the top mat is cut at 5 1/4" x 3 3/4. It will fit a 5" x 3 1/2" photo. I have a patterned border at the left side of the page. It is cut at 2" x 11". I have a cut apart through the center of the page and it measures 8 1/2" x 2". It says love travels on the right, which it came that way. I have a photo mat at the bottom that measures 5 1/4" x 3 3/4". At the top left corner of the page I have two punch aparts that came in the kit. I tied a ribbon that came with the kit through the tag.  Here is a look at the cut apart that runs through the center of the page. It measures 8 1/2" x 2". Here are pages 7 and 8 of the Orient Express Club Scrap Kit. Let's look below for more pictures and details about this layout. Here is page one of the two page layout.  I have a border cut apart set at the top of the page. It measures 8 1/2" x 1". I used a ribbon from the kit and bordered the border strip on the top and bottom. I have put a red jewel on the ends of the border strip. I have black cardstock set behind the photo mat that measures 7" x 4 1/4". The photo mat measures 5 1/4" x 3 3/4". I have three punch outs that have a word printed on it. I set those to the side of the photo mat and attached them using brads. I used stamps from my stash. the family, fun, friend circle stamp and the U Are Great stamp is from the dollar bin at Walmart and the sentiment is a Fiskars stamp I purchased from Joann. Here are pages 5 and 6 of the September 2011 Orient Express Club Scrap kit. Let's look below to view the details of this layout. Here is page one of the two page layout. I have used a patterned paper from the kit for my base page.  I have one photo mat that is cut at 3 3/4" x 5 1/4". I put a 1/2" black strip across the middle of the page. At the top of the page I have a cut apart border. I have layered it on creme cardstock that is cut at 8 1/2" x 1 1/2". I added some jewels that was included in the embellishment pack. I have four cut aparts that I inked the edges of using Memento tuxedo black ink.  I have a small strip that was a cut apart border in between the four square pieces. Here are pages 3 and 4 of the Orient Express September 2011 Club Scrap kit. I added die cuts from my Cricut using My World cartridge. Let's look below for further details about this layout. Here is page one of the two page layout. I have two black strips that  are 1/2" x 11". I have two photo mats that are cut at 5 1/4" x 3 3/4". I have added some jewels to the black strips. The jewels were included in the kit. I have a small photo mat that is cut at 3" x 3". Here you can see the jewels up close. This is a cut apart that came in the embellishment pack. It is 4" x 4". It has a black border which could be cut off to make the cut apart smaller. I have cut these die cuts from the My World Cricut cartridge. I cut the train tracks at 1 1/2". It measures 5 1/2" x 1 1/2". The train is cut at 3". It measures to be 3" x 2". The puffs of smoke is made using a cloud stamp and onyx ink. I hand

Let's look below for further details about this layout. Here is the first page of this two page layout. My base page is a patterned paper from the kit. I have one photo mat on creme colored cardstock that is cut to 5 1/4" x 3 3/4". I have a small strip of black cardstock at the top of the page and it is cut at 8 1/2" x 1/2". I have three red photo mats evenly placed at the top over the black strip and they are cut at 2 1/2" x 2 1/2". This was a stamp from the kit that I stamped on white cardstock then colored the red train wheel, hill, trees, and tracks with watercolor pencils and then the blue, yellow and gray I used chalk. Welcome Club Scrap Kit (April 2011) - Pages 24 and 25

Here are pages 23 and 24 of the Welcome April 2011 Club Scrap kit. Let's look below for further detail about this layout. I added and changed quit a bit after filming this layout. I just wasn't happy with it, but this is probably my favorite layout from this kit. I have orange cardstock as my base page. I have a orange patterned cardstock set behind the photo mats and it is cut at 8 1/2" x 4" and I used a scallop border punch to add the border to the top and bottom of the orange patterned cardstock. I used chevron washi tape that I bought from Michaels. I have some instant image stencils that I used to make the butterflies. I used chalk on all the die cuts in this two page layout. I used a flower stamp to make the flowers, but then chalked them. I have two small strips under the butterfly at the top of the page and they are 4" x 1/4". I added a flower that I bought at Joanns in their $1.00 bin. I have a journaling card sticker, but I cut
