"Happiness" is cut from Shimelle Little by Little patterned paper.
The red polka dot layer and multicolored triangle print is from scraps.
Journaling card is Pink Paislee Oh My Heart ephemera pack.
The floral washi tape is Dear Lizzy.  You can leave it as black and white
or you can color it.

The strip of pattern is cut from a paper included in kit.  It was a scrap.
The sticker is from Pinkfresh Studio leather sticker.
